Xyset respects the intellectual property rights of broadcasters, artists, and rights holders, and we expect the same of our users. This page explains what we index, and how to ask us to remove something.
Xyset is a directory. We do not host, store, upload, or re-broadcast any audio content. Station listings point to streams that the broadcasters themselves make publicly available on their own servers, in the same way any internet radio app or aggregator does. Station names and logos appear solely to identify the stations in the directory.
If you operate a radio station listed here and would like your station removed or its details corrected, contact us through the contact page with the name of the station and the address of its page on this site. No formal legal notice is needed for this — a simple message from the station is enough, and we will act on it promptly.
If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act for one) and believe that content accessible through this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice through the contact page including:
On receipt of a valid notice we will review it and remove or disable access to the listing in question without undue delay. Where the concern relates to the content a station broadcasts (rather than to its listing here), the broadcaster itself is the appropriate recipient of the complaint, since the audio originates from and is controlled by the broadcaster — but we will still review the listing on our side.
Listings that are the subject of repeated valid complaints will be removed from the directory permanently.
All notices under this policy should be sent via the contact page. Please use a subject that makes clear your message is a removal or copyright request so it can be prioritized.
